Marriage Application Requirement Vermont: ✔ Get Copy Of Birth Certificate
Must be at least 16 years old
If the applicant is at least 16, but under 18, they will need the consent of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian needs to go to the City/Town Clerk’s office to sign an affidavit giving the applicant permission to marry.
